Use Prompts

Write Every Day
Figure out what schedule works for you. For example, I can write
short forms (essays and short stories) in one hour segments, but I'm a binge
writer when working on a long form (novel, self-help, etc.).
Edit After a Pause
Let your draft sit for at least a week. After that pause, go back and review and revise. You will find that the space gives you a different, more objective perspective on your writing.
